Bernard Properties LLC operate real estate firms in Chicago. Founders began their real estate careers throughout the city. They re-created the company and modernize its operation and rebranding it as Bernard Properties LLC in 2023 and started building the properties which comprise the Bernard Properties LLC portfolio. Over 20 plus years the portfolio has grown to over thousands of square feet of space. Our commercial, residential, and retail properties are still actively leased and managed by us.

Our mission is to provide the highest level of service for our tenants at competitive rental rates. Our in-house team of leasing agents, property managers, maintenance personnel, and contractors allow us to deliver and maintain custom spaces efficiently and effectively.​
